2013 jetta tdi. Is there a way to turn on power to cigarette lighter when car is off? How about having the radio stay on when turning off ignition?
My old mk4 used to stay on until you removed the key. I have 3 empty fuse sockets under hood. Nothing like the photos I’ve seen for a post that says move #40 fuse up one slot.

@bearthy : hi - if your 2013 Jetta is built on a MQB platform (I'm not sure about your car) - then the answer is that it's not done with a coding change - but rather it's done by the physical repositioning of the fuse that powers the ciggy lighter. Again if MQB, it's done like this:
