Description of bug: It's great that you have updated IOS to be the same as Android but with a few extra steps. However can we please please ensure that going forward that you also update the help files at the same time. Customer support should be at your core and the help system is supposed to be there so the customer can easily find the answer to questions. I have raised this with support team but please add this into your release process, its key in my view
iOS software version: 15.4.1 Phone: iPhone S but it applies to all phones, laptops and digital devices Car: any VAG Car User email: all users.

Description of bug: iOS App doesn't allow uppercase letters for the login name iOS software version: 15.4.1 Phone: various iPhones and iPads
Until now, I used the OBDeleven Android app only. This is why I only now found this annoying bug which is entirely keeping me from being able to use the iOS app at all: the iOS app doesn't allow uppercase letters, which my login name contains, to be used for the login name.
I tried this on various devices (iPhone, iPad). It doesn't matter if the login name is typed right into the appropriate field or if the login name is typed with uppercase letters somewhere else and then copied and pasted into the login screen. Every time, the uppercase letters are immediately converted to lowercase letters, which is effectively preventing me from being able to even login with the iOS app.
Now, what on earth am I supposed to do with this?

This is a bug but I am guessing the work around is to go into Android and change your email address to be all lower case.
Then you can use your IOS Device.

Hi whataboutthis,
thanks - I was in fact already considering to do that. On the other hand: it's a valuable account (lifetime pro, plenty of credits), so I don't want to mess with it in any way. I think I'll wait for some OBDeleven official response. If this won't happen in the next days, I may try my luck with changing the email address to all lower case.

Sorry missed this, but i seem to recall that they did something to support Upper and Lowercase emails.
Anyway to be clear if they (obd11) have not contacted you it will be worth while talking to them directly via the in app help function.
