Is it here where it would be papule to activate European parking light? (One side of the cars lights stay ON for more safety when leaving the car parked on the side of the road.) Thanks

Nic: You need to search for Driving light and parking light, then select Parklicht ueber LSS aktiviert and change this to single-sided.
Assuming that your car wasn't set-up for Single-Sided-Parking-Lights (SSPL) from the factory, then you need to go to the Leuchte-sets for the lamps that you want to use for SSPL (both on the front and rear of the car) and add the leuchte-commands Parklicht links (beidseitiges Parklicht aktiviert li & re) on the left side lamps and Parking light right to the right side lamps (together with a suitably low-value Dimmwert setting, of course because you don't want to draw too much electrical current from the battery with the ignition turned-off)
Note: the actual identity of these Leuchte-sets depends on the type of headlight and tail-light fittings that are installed on your car
