Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to make a backup of the applications in click to use on my vehicle, in order to be able to make a backup when I return from the workshop, let me explain... My car went back to the car dealership at VW for resetting of certain functions such as when it changes a module and which codes the new hardware. When I pick up my car only the long codings are still in memory in the car. All the one-click apps have disappeared and I have to redo the one-click operation to get them back. Do you have a solution to this maybe? Full backup is the only solution maybe? Thanks for your help. Have a good day

There is already the ability to do a full backup of your car.
however if vw garage / vcds / other diagnostic tool changes have been applied then the before and after backup will only show you the differences.
you still have to re apply changes to adaptation manually

Thank you for your answer, I understand. It would be nice if the devs here could make an internal in the OBDeleven app (ios and android) for backup only, one-click apps, so you can restore it when you get back from the garage. Because redoing everything every time is long and above all it leads to the consumption of credit and or license redemption. therefore not a profitable business for the long-term user.

Yes i understand you could raise this as a request in request section.
however the re charge of credits is there business model so i dont expect a change.
i am afraid the only solution is to buy a very expensive ultimate licence so you dont pay (COUGH COUGH) for OCA and you could build your own and run them through but in my view whilst its great to be able to build your own apps its not worth the cost.

Ok I understand, So could you help me create a personal application? I would like to make this adjustment in my car with a personal application:
1) Control unit 19 2) Adaptation 3) Search ZV KOMFORT FENSTERHEBER 4) Search for and activate Komfortschliessen Brasilien 5) Search for and activate BAP komfortschliessen brasilien
the problem is that I can't find the Adaptation menu afterwards in OCA,
Thanks in advance for your help or that of others.

For some reason they have changed this menu.
I am not sure what car you have but if you look at control unit 19 and check info at the bottom of the page is an item called Protocol.
If it says CAN:UDS then select Adaptation UDS if anything else then Adaptation KWS.
Hope that helps.

ID.3 yes what you have to do is ensure that under settings and Debug make sure that Raw Data is set to show then you go in the normal way to the control unit and find you adaptation you want to change
You can see the data you need in this picture 0A69, 0, 0, 1 and then when you go to change you will see the Address value.
1 = Address ID.
2 = Address Byte/Bit/Bit Length.
3 = Address Value.

Thank you for your help I think I succeeded, I did not see and did not understand the point of putting the mobile application in debug mode, In fact it allows you to see where you are in which module with the ID and the Byte bit and bit length. Really thank you for your help!

You are most welcome.
Yes the only thing that the Debug mode does is show you the codes you need to build the app.
Personally I turn it off normally and only turn it on when I am building a OCA.
