FLA active when switching off
- deactivated again when the ignition is switched on,
despite coding
does anyone have an idea?

Have the same problem with this on my Scala.
You have the Light switch on AUTO i think. Try with switched on Lights, Enable Auto high beam, restart engine.
Maybe it helps saving setting. Was just a quick thought, havent tried yet.

You need to do that adaptation :
Save high beam assistant settings (on ignition change)
Control unit 09
Adjustments:
Fernlicht_assistent:
Fernlichtassistent Reset: not_active
Works fine on my rs my22
