OBDeleven stores the car's HISTORY of changes. It sounds like you may have changed the famous byte18 to a value it can't revert to. I need to look back at what this value should be in VCDS.
Also, when you restore the original coding, you may have to switch off the ignition for about 30 seconds.
The issue with using the APPs option is that it doesn't show you the bits & bytes before and after changes. I HOPE you e-mailed yourself a copy of the ORIGINAL coding for ALL modules before you made any changes. Buying a new central electrics module is not necessary. Everything is "undoable" except for changes made to the immobilizer module, airbag module, and top speed limiter set for the car. Don't be tricked into thinking that your #46 module is bricked. If you play around with the output of your airbag module, than your car will not start. If you do the wrong changes for your immobilizer, your car won't start either.

Same thing happened to me for my comfort convenience module. The first time I switched several coding so I didn't know which one fried the computer but yesterday I did this coding for leds and it did the same thing. I've been trying to get a tech support number but I can't find anything they should really thaw that off. First time I spent almost 500 to bye a used module re program and towing my car to my mechanic and then a second time to Audi.

Ok, then we have it narrowed down to the LED taillights app. Maybe you guys should delete it from the OBDeleven app until further research has been done? Clearly it's affecting several cars.

I suspect that the app was written for a different revision of that module. Hence the issue. VCDS checks the version / firmware number of the module itself before giving you options to do coding.
