Hello i tried activating the r display for a friend with a normal golf 8 1.5 tsi.
I went to control units -> dashboard -> adaptation -> view activation and then activatiecampagne 8 and 9 but it wont show the r display with the rev counter at the top only the one with the round rpm guage

I also did the procedure you’ve done. If you want the R logo in both these new dash displays you also need to do the following :- In 17-Dashboard/ Adaptions go to Logo menu and select one of the logo items: - kein_logo for no logo - Logo_1 = Golf R - Logo_2 = Golf R different logo style - Logo_3 = Golf GTE - Logo_4 = Golf GTI - Logo_5 = Golf GTD - Logo_6 = Golf GTD no honeycomb background Only Logo_1 works with the Golf R View (View 9) All logos work with the GT View (View 8) |

My problem is I can get R display but I don't get GTI written in the middle of the view.
Its 2021 Clubsport.
My friend has regular GTI 2022 and he gas GTI written in the middle of the view.
Anyone know how to solve this?

Hello, dear friends. I ended up here as a result of research regarding the visual change of the instrument panel of my Golf R Line TDi 2022. I just followed j3bnl's steps and it worked without a problem. I activated view logo 9 and I'm super happy with the way it looks. Very sporty, indeed  Thanks |
