Good evening,
I own a tiguan2 Advanced DSG 4motion 2.0 2018 with AID and Discovery Media 2.
I have both an Android Auto and Mirror Link (Xperia Z5) and CarPlay (Iphone 12pro) phone. Obviously the Carplay and MirrorLink service works correctly.

However, if I try to activate the Video in Motion or the MirrorLink in Motion, the program issues the following error "check the ignition of the engine and try again".

Obviously I tried both with the ignition on and with the engine running, but that error continues. What do I have to do?

Use OBD11.
