STG19 add STG69 Trailer function

STG09 -> Byte 13 -> Bit 4: 0->1
STG09 -> byte 36 -> bit 4: 0->1 (Only with electric Hitch, type westfalia 305577900113 or OEM Audi Hitch)

STG13 -> Byte 3 -> Bit 3: 0->1

STG17 -> Byte 14 -> Bit 5: 0->1

STG3C -> Login 20103 -> Byte 0 -> Bit 4-5 10 with ECU for draw bar

STG46 ->  Byte 14 -> Bit 6: 0->1

STG6C -> Byte 4 -> Bit 0: 0->1

STG6D -> Byte 1 -> Bit 7: 0->1

STG74 -> Byte 0 -> Bit 7: 0->1

STGA5 -> Byte 11 -> Bit 0: 0->1

STGCF -> Login 20103 -> Byte 0-5 ECU for draw bar,with ECU for draw bar
