Hi,
Anyone know how to get parking aid showing back in the MMI - its disappeared after fixing another issue? There are 4 rear sensors only

So I find that the below gets Parking aid back on the MMI - I believe the message bus is terminal 15
Car_function_list_BAP_Gen2 ---> parking_assist_0x0A----> Activated (this puts it on the MMI, Driver Assist)
Car_function_list_BAP_Gen2 ---> parking_assist_0x0A_msg_bus----> terminal 15
On the engine module - I get an error "Lost Communication with Body control module" - I'm guessing this is the J519 which also takes the parking sensors - so presume they are related.
Question is - have I a bad body control module, or has a OBDELEVEN app somehow made a change thats causing the above? Theres no other electrical faults other than stop/start gives a fault - presuming thats the battery going bad.

I found the problem that affected the BCM and also gave a stop/start error. When activating lane assist on my 2016 A4 B9 Ultra Avant - the coding on 09 Central Electrics heading control config>heading_control (active) causes the error with the BCM.
So on a 2016 it seems - dont do this part of the coding for lane assist. I've tested it with and without, and works the same - but without the parking sensor loss and stop/start fault.
This is my experience and not advice
