Hi all,
I'm trying to save the backup but it is imposible. The option in each module is restricted (only available for pro/ultimate obdeleven versión), but in the garage i can launch the complete backup...It takes a while and always in module9 the tool says the backup has been correctly created and i cant find it in the history (i make sure to have enable the backup option in the list to be visible)
Is there any other option to create a backup?

In order to keep you posted, I'm in touch with obdeleven support team.
They actívated a "report error" option in the app to send them the failure log. I had to install an old obdeleven versión for testing(0.48) but issue is still there.
In Profile->Statistics i can see 2 complete backup created, but they dont appear un the historial.
We are still trying to solve it....

if you have a pro licence or above using android
full backup under car history gives you a record marked full backup
under each control unit yoy get a backup entry just for that control unit so make sure you filter for both full backup and backup
Basic only gives you full backup i am afraid so it may not put a record in each control unit so have a look under My Car History

I havent a pro license, that is why i need to store a full backup. I receive no answer from obdeleven support, last message was about récord a video with the issue, but the app shows no error, It directly stop the backup and no backup récord appears in history...
I come from vagcom/VCDS software, although It has not a friendly interface It works somehow better

Just to confirm, are you using Android or IOS.
With regards to the backup you are doing a full backup and it completes,
You then go to My Car screen in Android or Select your car from the Garage in IOS.
Then in Both cases you select History and you use the Filter to only show Backup and Full Backup.
Are you saying that it shows nothing for Control Unit 09 or nothing at all.

I'm using android.
The complete backup stopped during a control unit backup (usually in module 9 p
or 15), and a popup Windows for renaming the backup says the backup is completed. Then this backup doesn't apper un the history.
Support team shared the v0'44 and in this versión complete backup works perfectly with a VW polo, but not with my Audi A4.
We continue working on this issue resolution...
