First, I recommend reading about long coding. There is a lot of material on the internetYou have selected in this photo Byte 28 and here you have options bit 0...7 to choose from. Maybe you just meant to select byte 6 and switch there bit 0 -> bit 1?  But if you really want to change that specific byte 28-bit 6-0 to 1 you only turn off that selection. And this would of course help a lot if you specified what you are trying to code??
