Hi all im Joep from the netherlands. Just new to obdeleven. I program laboratory robots for a living and love building drones and tuning bikes and cars is my hobby. Now i added dynamic turnsignals in my mirrors of my e-golf 2018. Works great but when reading out my car if gives an error on drivers door and passengers door (module 42 and 52). Is there some kind of setting i can change so it does not get registered as an error anymore? Thanks for the help!

joep : Hi As you will doubtless know from your work on robotics, there can be a myriad of different faults that cause any number of problems - particularly if you are fitting non-OEM parts to a computerized control system such as a car module. You probably already know this and I'm sure that you also know what actual error is shown on your door modules from the scan results (including the exact details of the modules themselves) and the actual details of the new turn signals that you installed. Problem is - we do not!! If this asymmetry of information persists - ain't much that us uninformed folk can do!! Don

Joep: Not much that I can add - the fault descriptor in your picture reads "unknown" and the the equipment that has caused the error is not a VW part.
As I have said, it's anyone's guess how the manufacturer's LED strip is designed to operate. My suggestion is that you recheck the 3 x connections on the LED strip and if nothing is found, discuss the matter with the seller at aliexpress Don
