Hey everyone,
Ive seen a few different DRL related posts however after trying different options sadly my problem still exists.
Some basic info about my car:
VW Polo 6c 2015, 1.4 TDI chipped to 115hp.
Front headlights - VLAND Xenon / LED
Separate fog LED + DRLs Halogen. These are on a separate plug (b?)
Tail lights VLAND LED 1 fog 1 reverse light
From the moment I turned on the possibility to turn on DRLs through the car menu, my halogen DRLs stopped working.
I tried the following as described by ViC on a different thread:
Central Electrics 09
- Adaption
-- Leuchte4TFL LB43 (Left DRL Halogen)
--- Light_Function_B_4
---- Default value: : nicht aktiv
---- Change value to: Standlicht
-- Leuchte5 TFL RB6 (Right DRL Halogen)
--- Light_Function_B_5
---- Default value: : nicht aktiv
---- Change value to: Standlicht
This doesnt change anything, when I switch the DRL's (to test of they actually turn on/the function works) to the headlights in the DRL menu those turn on as 'drls' so the function works.
Im quite new to OBDEleven, i tried a little bit with the different settings to see what does what however I cant turn the DRLs on.
Additionally I would love to be able to turn off the LED strip on the headlight as soon as the main xenon lights turn on but it seems those are 'always on' but thats a problem for another time.
What do I need to export / which info is necessary to provide the proper info for anyone to help with my halogen DRLS?
Of course I can just reset everything to how it was, and just live with not being able to turn them on / off however Id prefer to learn something!
