Hi, I got the OBD11 mainly for the purpose of deactivating Soundaktor but when I connected to my GTI MK8 today, Soundaktor seemed to be the only app that says not supported... Structure Borne Sound Actuator did not show up either...
Any idea what would be the cause? Will it be supported in future? Thank you.

Never mind, switched to Android and it worked fine. It was because of iOS...

I simply get "something went wrong" when trying to set mine to volume 0.. anyone had any luck?  |

Hood open? The gateway filters writing diagnosis telegrams when the hood switch is not set to open
Ignition on? Maybe a second cycle of turning it on, off and back on can help
OBD11 data cleared/app reinstalled? Sometimes the local cache gets stuck and needs to be renewed
