Hi Guys,

I cannot get my Obd11 to connect to my car. It’s a May21 built Tiguan 162 RLine facelift version. I get an error Validation Failed. Anyone dealt with this before? My OBD11 is a Pro version and is 2 years old. Worked perfectly on 3 other Golfs I’ve owned but never worked on my 3 month old Tig. Help please !

I resolved this issue by removing the app from my iPhone and reinstalling it from the app store. It then asked me to sign in again. (note the password may be different that what you log into their store with). Here is the background that got me to the error. Since my subscription to the PRO plan was up I did the following: First, checked that everything was working then purchased a new VAG Pro Plan. That required me to activate the plan and I reset my pw because I had forgotten it. Then I got the dreaded "Validation Failed" message.

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
