I have a 2006 Jetta TDI BRM. I have replaced the Turbo and really need the test that VCDS runs. The test runs the engine at 1400 rpm, and varies the actuator. I am new to OBDeleven. Thanks

I'm not familiar with VCDS having such a test. What you can do in OBDeleven is to do a log of www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/m_blocks/Specifically this rage below: www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/m_blocks/110-119.htmlYou would just look for peak boost to ensure that your turbo, seals and piping are holding the boost. To be able to get the peak values would then indicate that the Center Housing Rotating Assembly is working correctly.

Still having a hard time with the turbo actuator😔 The test i need is called an “actuator range test cycle”. I was wondering if the new OBDeleven pro on the iOS platform would have it?? VCDS has it.

The test i need is called an “actuator range test cycle”. Getting your hands dirty, and connecting directly to a 12V supply will also achieve the same effect. I don't have the iOS version, so I'll wait until someone else chimes in on answering your question.
