I just bought a starter pack (device plus 100 credits) to do one thing and one thing only: reset the "service due" message on my 2014 Audi A4. But when I use the service due reset app, I am charged 10 credits, and the iPhone OBDeleven app says that the service due message has been reset. But that is not true. The service due message still comes up on the car's dash.
I tried once with key on, engine off, and once more with engine running. Now I'm down 20 credits and still have a "service due" message on the car's dash. When I try to do the it the long way (dashboard 17 etc., etc.) as described in this thread and other threads on this forum, OBDeleven says I have to upgrade to pro to do that.
I am not talking about the oil service reset, which I know can be done from the car's infotainment center. I did not accidentally use the wrong OBDeleven app, the similarly named "reset service interval" app.
Anybody know how I can get my fancy new $100 service due reset widget to reset the service due message?

This is because your car have active inspection service, this app that you use is resetting only oil service but not inspection. You can do following to reset inspection service: Dashboard (17) > Anpassung kanal 2 > 0 Anpassung kanal 53 > 0 Anpassung kanal 55 > 0 Anpassung kanal 52 > 300 Anpassung kanal 54 > 730 |

I log in to my account, use the app and when I am at 17, i get a red lock and asks me to buy PRO or VAG...I seem to have 400 credits! so why is it locked and where can I find assistance? Is it possible to cancel a visit to the service with the simple version? Because I tried to enter those codes, it shows me that it is locked
