Hello, I have restored your lost credits. This is because your car have active inspection service, this app that you use is resetting only oil service but not inspection. You can do following to reset inspection service:
Dashboard (17) > Anpassung kanal 2 > 0 Anpassung kanal 53 > 0 Anpassung kanal 55 > 0 Anpassung kanal 52 > 300 Anpassung kanal 54 > 730

Hi,
Same problem. Tried to reset service due using app, however only oil interval was reset. Could you write instructions for service due reset in english? Thanks.

The reset service function took the credits and said it service reset but it did not work and the service due kept coming up on the cluster. I reset it with caristaapp app and it worked.

Are these the right options for me? Does resetting the oil service (channel 2 as mentioned above i think?) also reset the soot values and stuff that determine the time until next oil change? Thank you.

Did it work? Same problem here, 2014 S4, used the app, took 10 credits, still have Service Due. I've not yet tried doing it the long, way, do you need the Pro version to do the coding?

I have the standard version (not Pro).

New to the forum but have been a user of OBDeleven (pro) for several years now. I'm at the point when I need to reset the Service Interval again. It's worked perfectly before but now it just eats my credits (20 so far...) without resetting the Service Interval. Did you guys botch this feature when updating the app?

So I have a 2016 S4 and I am using the next gen PRO pack... do you just use the one click app to reset the service interval, or do the long coding way? Not sure if anyone has tried this with the Pro Pack in their B8.5. Thanks.

Then I suspect this is your problem the coding above is for a KWP2000 Protocol car (the A4 in this case) but i suspect your car is UDS (Go to Control Unit 17, then Info and check Protocol. Thus the instructions for this A4 Car are not suitable for your car. Have a search on the web for Service reset for your A7, At a guess you will have some items in your adaptions starting with SIE and these will need changing.
this may help
