Hey all, I really hope somebody can shed some light on this because I bought this tool with the intention of making some tweaks to my 2011 Jetta SE, and am currently very disappointed in its limited functionality. - Being able to open/close windows using key fob - done
- Disabling PTT - done
- Enabling needle sweeps - not supported
- Enabling heated seat memory - not supported
Why is the needle sweep function unsupported when the picture of the cluster in "APPs" is identical to the cluster in my car? This photo alone implies that this function is possible, as they're both clearly low-line MFD clusters, so why am I unable to do this?
The only requirement listed for heated seat memory is having heated seats, so why is this also unsupported?
There are other tweaks I would like to do as well, but not before I get these out of the way...
Thanks!!

Needle sweeps need a specific cluster variant, even though they all look the same, your variant might be to old unfortunately I am in the same boat as you.
For needle sweep to work your cluster needs to be a H variant from memory but don't quote me

Can confirm Needle Sweep Works in my 2015 SE. I think I also saw somewhere it was the clusters that had the PN ending in "H" That worked. Also, be sure to look for Dashboard, Adaptation, indicator_celebration, and not "Staging".

Are you able to tell me the coding for your backup camera settings? I have the same car, 2011 Jetta se and the backup camera stopped working after using this device

How did you get the windows to go up and down from the fob? I have hardly any apps and my connection is constantly lost.

I am as well too very disappointed. After paying $150 USD because of the amount of change, and potential I could have with this device to only be able to turn off the annoying seat belt chime (I get it's for safety, however I work construction and spend my lunch breaks enjoying the ac and would prefer it not 5o chime every 45 seconds so hold your comment about safety Karen because I don't really want to hear it.) Considering my $25 USD VeePeack can do everything this does with a few more extra options to further extend my disappointment. False advertising and misleading "claims" to change things is a abismal representaton of a VERY lackluster performing device. It's like trying to have Stevie Wonder describe a painting, Micheal J Fox tell you how to sit still, Christopher Reeves teaching you ride to ride horseback. The entire experience has my feeling like Aaron Hernandez because I think I am going to hang it up

I work construction and spend my lunch breaks enjoying the ac and would prefer it not 5o chime every 45 seconds That's an easy fix to code it out in instrument cluster #17 to tell the module that it does not have the seatbelt warning function enabled. Under coding: You will see it as "Safety belt warning". Set that to NO ...then save

Considering my $25 USD VeePeack can do everything this does with a few more extra options You can't compare a generic VeePeak with OBDeleven that is designed for all VAG vehicles. Your VeePeak can only do basic OBD2 live data and display the generic fault codes. You can't code anything with VeePeak, or do adaptations like you can with OBDeleven. OBDeleven shows only what your modules support. Some items such as "needle sweeping" require EEPROM edits to enable it. If your car was newer like an MK7 Golf or Jetta, then the limitations of your VeePeak will become more apparent.

I know my generic VeePeak is not at the same level as the VAG but when I am only able to use it in order to check a fault code due to all but 1 of the one touch apps for my MK6 Jetta SEL I have gone through at leisure through the Basic Settings/ Adaptations of the different control modules. However there are 255 different channels for each one. Is there any chart or other documentation listing the options that are available on each channel?
