Hello i am currently waiting for my new golf 8 gte i would like the r sport display but do i still keep the gte sport display if i activate the r display?
Otherwise i cant do it because i need to see my battery level

I coded both displays in a diesel golf (with some funny switching around in the hybrid view). You might need to switch between views to see all the data.
But I think you can put your SOC in a info square on the left or right.

How did you get both i can only get the round on or the r style can you tell me how to get both

When I tested it, I enabled all the Views and checked what is possible.
That added the R-View, the GTE View (Single Dial with Hybrid Related Stuff, Disappears after a few Seconds on my Diesel) and the Single Dial with the RPM.
I never made a list for the views

Found it you need to go to control units -> dashboard -> adaptation -> view Activation -> and then activate 8 and 9

Hi jente,
I don't understand if i need the pro license in order to modify 'control units...dashboard...adapation...view activation...8...9. Or is the normal one enough?
My golf should be here in Italy in june.
