Researching on the web, I think is a SWAP code. we can get this code at the ccs, but we need to know someone at there to get it!! there are lots of codes that we can enable more features in the car
lets get this codes!

If I just googled correctly, the Nivus does not have a Electric Parking Brake or Auto Hold. Both are mandatory for ACC stop and go. It is SWAP, correctly (SnG rather than Fts), but even when modifying it, as soon as the car tries to engage Auto Hold at 0km/h, ACC will fail out and stop working.

Yes, I saw some information about the electric breaks, and not sure about the name if its follow to stop or stop and go, but take a look at those videos below:

FtS: Follow to Stop: ACC is able to follow a car until it is completely stopped. ACC stops your car, but after it is stopped, you will have to push the brake, otherwise, the brake will be released and you start to move forward. You will have reengage ACC after traffic resumes SnG: Stop and Go: ACC is able to follow a car until it is completely stopped. ACC stops your car, shows "ACC ready" for a few seconds. After that, you car is held in place. No warning, no takeover hint. When traffic resumes, you can either accelerate or push "Res". Why that? ACC uses the "AutoHold" capability of the ESC System. Values and pumps apply pressure to the brake system to increase brake force or hold it. This system has limits, as these actors are heating up while used, up to the point that it is not safe to keep them engaged after a few minutes. When this happens, the ESC pressure is released and EPB will engage. Without an EPB, you car will start moving at that point. This is considered "not road safe" in most countries. This whole takeover process is very deep implemented in the communication with the ESC I doubt there is an possibility to prevent this.
All 4 videos show a red "Brake" information after the car has stopped. That information does not show up im SnG vehicles, they just stop and keep the brake on You can give a try to change the "pretrigger_time_reduction" to disabled, which might extend the period until the red sign appears.

Understand what you said, thanks for that!! so in this case we are talking about FTS correct? and in this case, my acc works only until 30km/h, how they keep it engaged until zero km/h and resume just pushing RES button or a small accelerate?

They don't. They all get the info "Brake or crash". The behavior to request takeover below 30km/h is typically for manual shifted cars, which is odd in case you have a DSG. If it is manual, you will likely be missing the Swap for FtS. But either way, I do not think that you can code the ACC to DSG to get the function working.

But how they made it works? with the "breake" message its not a problem, the point is how to make acc doesnt stop even when it stops at zero and keep it engaged?
they are charging about 400$ dolars to unlock this feature, its too expensive!

The Taos - at least what google suggests by the interior pictures - has an EPB, so it brings the needed safety features for SnG ACC

I have no idea. I only know the following things from the Basic MQB: * You will need a different software on the ESC/Brake ECU * You will need to code the ESC in a manner that it is error free, altough the EPB is not present => Even then when the ESC tries to release hydraulic brakes and wants the EPB to take over, you will get an error, being static for the driving cycle, disabling ACC and probably other functions.
Also, as I consider this to be critically unsafe, I will not put any research in it. Only retrofitting an EPB would be an safe option, but that is something I cannot help you with.

"pretrigger_time_reduction" to disabled, which might extend the period until the red sign appears. Where can I find this parameter?
