I bought a new audi q3 sportback (2021), it does not have mmi plus navigation and its small screen. I have to use Apple Carplay, but unfortunately it only works with the cable. I've tried everything and it doesn't work wirelessly, now I found out in the car settings that the connections don't have wireless, only bluetooth. Is there a possibility to activate wifi and wireless carplay?   |

Hi, you must use obdeleven and activate it, both wifi 2.4 and 5.
And the rest to have apple car wireless.
The app of obdeleven didn’t work for me, i used manual code

I really need to know if the basic version of mmi without navigation and without wifi in the options, is it still possible to activate it with obdeleven? Or my car being basic mmi there is no chance of having wifi even if turned off by code?

For sure! My car came without gps, either comunication pack, my car is a q3 sportback 2021 advance without any adds or packages.
And I activate many things like wireless carplay ( by myself, because the app of obdeleven say that is impossible).

I got the same car as you (Q3 SB 2021), and got the same problem.
Did you manage to solve it after all with OBD11? I would appreciate your help.
