You mean the buzzer while it opens/closes?
From another forum, didn't try myself because I like that it beeps:
Switching off the beep when opening / closing the tailgate

To prevent duplicated topics thought I would share that it's possible to have the electric trunk close from the remote.
It's done by adaptations in the 6D module
Remote ctrl, closing with button for tailgate unlock. mechan.
