I have a problem with connecting to Android The application does not detect the OBD device. The LED on the device is white. What could be wrong? Please help. The problem is with the 2016 Audi A4B9.

Were you able to connect? The problem would be with your phone, and not the vehicle.
Ensure you have followed the instructions correctly. After the initial login, I have always been able to connect, although my phone does lag at times - slow to detect via Bluetooth.

I didn't connect. The same problem continues. When logging in, the OBDELEVEN application sees the bluetooth connection with the device, but does not connect. I reset the connections on my phone and it doesn't work. Ignition on, bluetooth with localization and no connection. I added the VIN manually. Also no reaction. Connection problem. I have no idea.

I have a problem with OBDELEVEN 2Gen connection. The LED is white but there is no connection with the device. The device is not responding. The ignition is on. Logging in on 2 devices and the same problem. Sometimes bluetooth asks me for the password 1234 or 0000. Is there any password? Is the device damaged?
Thank you for your help

Did you try either of those passwords?

In your Android phone's Bluetooth device list, make sure that the OBDeleven is not in the list of previous devices. If it is, delete it.
Then, make sure that the OBDeleven "Device" setting has "Ask which device to connect to set to" = Enabled
When you attempt to connect the next time, you should see the OBDeleven MAC address show up. Select it, and then wait about 2 minutes for it to show connection.
