max: I'm just guessing, but what you are describing is called DRL-WINK and it's control by a Leuchte command. But from your description it sounds like the problem is in the headlights - it doesn't sound like a coding problem.

Do you know the coding for the wink? thanks max: DRL Wink is enabled by a set of Leuchte commands, the exact location of which varies depending on the country and fitting type. But generally it happens like this
Leuchte3SL VRB21 (Right side angel eyes) Lichtfunktion C 3 > Blinken rechts aktiv (beide Phasen) Lichtfunktion D 3 > not active Dimmwert CD 3 > 0 Dimming Direction CD 3 > minimize
Leuchte2SL VLB10 (Left side angel eyes) Lichtfunktion C 2 > Blinken links aktiv (beide Phasen)
Lichtfunktion D 2 > not active
Dimmwert CD 2 > 0
Dimming Direction CD 2 > minimize
