As title states I can't access central convenience module 46. Everything I try it just says failed to connect, retry.
Can anybody help

I'd say it is worth disconnecting your car battery for a few minutes before trying again. I've never seen this issue to be a software issue. I'd then try removing and re-seating the module itself (I think it is still under your dashboard in your model). Also ensure that central convenience moduleII is deselected if it contains only zeroes for the coding as your car isn't actually using it.
If your car still does things (successfully) like wind up or down the windows by pressing the key-fob or holding the key in one direction of the other in the driver's door lock then the module is still connected, but one of more of the wires might need to be checked for continuity on both ends.
For example, I have a chaffed ECU that has been causing similar error codes for my ABS and steering angle sensor.
