Coding SideAssist (BlindSpot)

Hello, I'll start from the beginning. I had a damaged radar from SideAssist (BlindSpot), I replaced it with the same one, but still cannot turn on this function in the car. Today I noticed an entry in the OBD Eleven history as shown in the attached picture, it was the first time OBDeleven was turned on. Can I fix it somehow to make SideAsist work.
