This is not specific to version 48.1, but is an ongoing problem for me. It ALWAYS takes TWO attempts to CONNECT to my vehicle before it stays connected. Also, when it does connect, it ALWAYS tells me my battery voltage is below 12 V (like 11.2). I've checked the battery voltage with a very accurate Fluke Multimeter and it shows the voltage to be above 12 V at rest (about 12.4). I've tried to "calibrate" the battery voltage in the software, but it never seems to take.
Can anyone share some words of wisdom??

OK, so what are the results of your checking?
Faster response? I've left messages on the website, nothing.
If this is NOT a software/firmware issue, could it be a hardware issue? This has been happening since day 1 of ownership, it NEVER connects on the first try and ALWAYS shows low voltage.
No one else has seen these two issues?
