Hello,
I just bought the next gen pro and I wanted to try some one click apps, but every time I trie to install one of them I get a messages that states “SFD Failed” and yes the ignition is on and the device is connected to the car and phone. I can’t even unlock it manually… what should I do?

Hello everyone, me too SFD does not work, I have activated 2-factor authentication, but as soon as I go to SFD it tells me in red something has gone wrong, and I can not do anything

I had the same problem, I found this.
Go to your phone settings, then apps ,then search for obdeleven. Tap on the app.then storage. Then clear data and cache. But make sure you know your passwords for your account, as this will log you out of the app.this worked for me ,

Hello
I have the same problems with the Sfd deactivation. Thursday I coded with apps and since Friday it tells me all time “error please try again”.
Someone got a solution rn?

I had this issue. First I went to preference and turned on automatic SFD unlock.
Then I popped the hood and it worked.
