Hello I have the same problem, I contacted the OBDeleven support which we activate the sending of the bug report on my account, so I sent the report last night and I am waiting for a response to the SFD problem. I advise you to contact them to solve your problem.

Hi All, have an ID3 and am trying to apply any of the apps and get "Problem with SFD", went through all the setup ok and unlocked the SFD? TIA Same issue here with my ID.3. Lane Memory Setting Memory can't be modified due to message 'Problem with SFD'. Any suggestions?

I got the response from OBDeleven Support asking me if the hood was open properly for programming the memory of the lane seated. (in my case no) I had indeed seen this subtlety to be done during automatic programming for it to work but on other models, I knew that we had to open the cover of our ID before executing the modification. I haven't tried it yet but it should work normally.

Tried this so called solution but it doesn't work. Message 'Problem with SFD' keeps comming up when trying to modify Lane Assist.

I just gave it a try and it's still the same SFD problem to activate the Lane Assit memory 😠 I sent a bug report stating that the front cover was fully open. On the other hand, I managed to activate the modification so that the passengers can watch the video while driving! For once it works nickel with the front cover open.

I have also found exactly the same issue.
Hood open, lane assist memory, problem with sfd.
Video in motion worked perfectly however.

There is an update comming for the OBD11-app that should solve the Lane memory problem for those who have no pro-version.

Good evening, OBDeleven support contacted me, to ask me to try the manipulation again to find out if the problem still persists. Having already made the modification in long coding, suddenly I do not want to modify everything to try again. But it seems that the SFD problem with the lane assit memory application can be solved.

I have also found exactly the same issue. Hood open, lane assist memory, problem with sfd. Video in motion worked perfectly however. Hi thanks for adding this. Just wanted to add I tried this on my 21 Arteon SEL R line and it worked as stated happy to report. The only thing different is I DO have to have the hood open for any coding purposes. Thanks for sharing I’m happy to get rid of the lane assist 👍.

2024 and the issue is still present. When I select unlock SFD it on some modules appears to work, but as soon as I try to make a change I get the error “problem with sfd.”
