I did a backup of 08 Air Conditioning and 17 Dash Board. I changed nothing, but I've got a Long coding change history for 17 Dash Board at the time I was doing backups. Can anyone tell me what this might have changed, and why?

Long coding Control unit: 17 Dash Board Old value: 0BA 4191AED98CF0502886A0B5000000000000000 New value: 0BA 5191AED98CF0502886A0B5000000000000000 hobie: Hi. hmm........... never heard of the back-up function changing the module's code-string before - real difficult to happen and in this case I suspect that a more rational reason is something like this: What your numbers are saying is that you have altered Byte 1 from hexA4, which is binary 1010 0100 to hexA5, which is binary 1010 0101. This means that you have set Bit 0 to 1 (previously 0 - count the Bits from the RHS). Byte 1, Bit 0 on the Dashboard module is the virtual switch that controls the needle sweep function - so I'm guessing that you have forgotten that at some stage in the past you implemented this tweak (perhaps via the App, or manually) Don |

Well, yes I did alter the gauge sweep, but I already had a history entry for that...
