When your Car is MY20 you have to go to a dealer and pay for it, with MY21 built after 06/20 it should update OTA.

the upgrade concerns troubleshooting by the official skoda, so there is no question of charging .. that was just for sure. The question is whether we could do the upgrade ourselves...

Now you can: Update 0278 for 5F and 0141 for OCU are public now. Put it on a stick and load it through USB C in the red menu.
Update 0403 just at the dealer

You can update nav manually but modules only via infotainment or dealer.

I don't have Skoda Connect in my country so I don't believe I can get OTA updates, even though I can connect to my home WiFi. I can confirm I have access to the red menu. |
