The secure access code you are using is incorrect, try 31347
some apps are not applicable to ALL vehicles it depends on the hardware installed and spec of the vehicle

Valentino, I’ve watched your video,I can see you have pro,what language is your obdeleven set to ?
Also when you’re on the control unit screen you can clearly see some of your control units have the RED circle in the top right ,this is bad it should be green .
engine ,brakes ,central electrics are all red you may have a some faults to deal with first.
