Hello everyone.
I need help with module 09 in my vw tiguan II of MY2016.
He will not let me make any changes.
I deleted the cache, reinstalled the application and even updated it to the PRO version, and I still can not make changes.
The error that gives me is:
(35) Author error for access, wrong user code.
Can anybody help me?

May you need a security code, but normalmits called security acces not user code. i found only one code for tiguan II (just a short search on web) for stg 09. Its 31347 this is security access.

I also used that code (31347) and it does not recognize it. I tried everything and I do not know what's wrong.

I read in an vcds board that some people had the same problem and then they get an vcds update (beta) wich solved this problem. May you have to wait for an update that obd11 can communicate correct with this car.

I will have to wait to see if the developers launch a new update, to see if that is solved.

May you have to wait for an update that obd11 can communicate correct with this car. I definitely consider that my OBDeleven device is broken. Other users of Ateca and Tiguan work and I do not. He always gives me error and I have tried everything. To see if any administador responds to me to see how I do the return, I am very disappointed.
