Hi,
I need to access my car's BCM to switch the fog and reverse lights on my taillights around, to change it from RHD to LHD.
I found this guide below:
As far as the operation of the 2 x lamps is concerned- these are managed by Leuchte-commands. To swap the lamps, try this (in adaptation, in the BCM):
For the Reversing light - ONLY if ENG124888-ENG115497-Leuchte28RFL C3-Light_Function_A_28 has the value Rueckfahrlicht - change to NebelschlusslichtwennkeinAnhaengergestecktundRechtsverkehr
For the rear fog light - ONLY if ENG124886-ENG115459-Leuchte26NSL A65-Light_Function_A_26 has the value NebelschlusslichtwennkeinAnhaengergestecktundRechtsverkehr -change to Rueckfahrlicht
But I have no idea how to get to the BCM to make these changes.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. When I go onto adaptation on Control unit - 09 I’m met with this prompt to choose a channel. imgur.com/a/DRJJGFk

kr1sx: hi. Why do you believe that the "guide" that you posted applies to your car? 2nd question - as you will appreciate, the range of cars on which OBD11 can be used is vast (even if you restrict the models to just VW and Audi). This being the case, it might be prudent to include some words about which car you are referring to - what model, what year of manufacture and which country Finally, your screenshot indicates that the hex09 module in your car uses non UDS/ODX protocol - so there are no Leuchte- channels (only channel numbers) Don

Hi Don,
Sorry I should have specified, my car is a Polo 6r 1.2 TDI 2010. Someone had replied here telling me I couldn't use the Leuchte commands but they seemed to have deleted it.
Do you know if there's any way to make swap my fog and reverse light in the app using the channels?
Thanks

how feasible is it to access & program a bcm2 on an Audi A7 (2012.)?? I believe the software in its current state is corrupt. No start or dashboard functions
