I'm interested in what should i change on my car to get the rear lights to animate RS Style. I don't have any kind of animation on mine, and i know its not possible just to code it. Altho my front headlight are Matrix but not HD Matrix. I would appreciate if someone would help me with this one.
My A6 is 2019y 50 TDI.

You have to change your rear tail lights. The MID level lights has not the animations.

Are you sure its only the rear tail light assembly? Not some kind of modules or anything like that?

Animated rear lights differ from standard led. It should be light change and then matter of coding.
Though I would say its not worth it
*Cable changes may be there as well. Ex. upgrading animated rear lights to give you a Lightshow when starting up requires cables to be changed.

Yes, you have to change the rear lights, add a new wiring (LIN bus) and an opportune codification.
