Most of the time it takes 3-4 minutes (or more) to connect. And then occasionally almost immediately disconnects. Doing a FULL BACKUP went up to 98% complete and then stalled (at 98%). Also during one of the first few connects, I tried to change the color of the "ring" and it would not "take". Reconnecting solved that issue. Still having the issue where I almost always have to connect twice. It takes a good while for it to connect and then it immediately dis-connects. The second connection is quicker and stable. Android 11 Samsung Galaxy S10 NextGen 2021 VW Tiguan SEL Premium R-Line [email protected]

I can tell you that at least 3 (if not 4) of my control units showed OFFLINE faults. I connected and cleared them, but have yet to do a FULL SCAN to see if they or other issues appear.

Description of bug: Dongle disconnects as soon as password in entered. Android software version: OBDeleven 0.45.1 (10509) / Android 10 Phone: CAT S62 Pro Dongle variant: OBDEleven Pro Nextgen Car: Audi TT 8J, 2010 App profile: [email protected]This has worked only once. Now everytime I try to use the dongle, it says connection lost as soon as I enter the password after connecting to the OBDEleven dongle. I an going to be returning the unit soon If no solution is found.

Contact Customer support for device password recovery, that should solve the issue.
