So I opened the Gateway list because I was going to remove the C0 module for my active sound. Now I’m confused and equally worried because when I opened the list, I was expecting all the modules I see to be checked. Instead, I see some things like 02 Transmission is unchecked, although in my list. Im afraid that if I toggle the other module it may Mess something up by saving 02 Transmission as off instead of on. skycatcher when you use the pencil on the first screen how many items do you get in the gateway list. On my car I only get one called 19 but on the helpfile details they show 4.

I see two. The Gateway 19 and 5F. The 5F being multimedia.
When I select the 19, I see the list in the pics - where 02 transmission isn’t selected. So if I go down to C0 and deselect it from the list and hit save, I’m worried that since 02 transmission isn’t selected in the list, it’ll just save it as off. I’m not really sure what the pencil menu does, but I assumed this is to tell the gateway which modules are activated.

Firstly whist I agree 5f is multimedia just click on it to see what it shows - just in case
In theory the Gateway is showing you all your current control units and what else is possible to add to your car.
From your first picture you have a Auto/DSG Gearbox and its in good order,
The android app is better for this bit of work but just to double check after you removed C0 from the list when you go to your history table you should only see C0 being removed nothing else.
