Good morning all, I’m a new user from Italy and this is my first post here. I retrofitted a OEM rear camera (kit from kufatec) on my 2019 Variant. It was working very well after the coding through their OBD dedicated dongle and I just had a calibration error from OBDEleven scans. After few days when I was driving I received a “park pilot not available” message in my discover media mk2. After that message park pilot and rear camera are not working anymore.
Can any of you help on checks to be performed prior to disassembly again all my car to check the cables? Is this related to DC current or CANBUS?
Can’t understand how it worked for days prior to failing…once cable is routed you never touch it again!
Here the errors I receive:

Fist hope, you did a back up of your system.
From there you can always reverse the changes KUFATEK did, if it is necessary.
Now.
In your OBDEleven, in the selection module sccreen, check if devise have the Description number (the small circule on the right up corner of each moule) if it is in red , yellow, or balck.
This way you will know what is happening to your Camera Devise.
The other faults are related to Camera messing.
Can be a fuse, can be a cable, can be wrong installation.
But if you said was working then probable, is a cable desconnected, or the fuse.
