Hi, I'm trying to write a couple changes to module 3 on my 17 Audi S3. I swipe to write chages and am asked for a security code. After I enter one and get a sucessful message and tick, it goes back to the prompt for a security code again. It does not make the change to the module. any help would be greatly appreciated

Not sure when it started on the Audi motors but do you have the bonnet open when coding.
On the assumption you are using Android have you tried clearing the app cache that sometimes helps with stuff like this.

Update, I’ve cleared all fault codes, opened bonnet, and changed from diagnosis to Dev mode. Still stuck in a loop asking for a code, giving me the successful tick then asking again. No reply from OBDELEVEN support either

Support I am afraid don't work weekends so you wont hear anything from them other than WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU IN 24 HOURS auto email.
Not my car but have you checked to confirm the control unit is not locked out and have you tried changing the odx version (assuming you have more than one)

Firstly if you are running iOS Then you should be on V1.5.2 on Android then V0.44 If you are not then update your app. Having done that and still got issues For android this is how you see if its locked out cupra280.co.uk/obd11.html#isac there are no screen shots of IOS but the live data labels will be the same. For ODX Changes have a look at cupra280.co.uk/obd11.html#ODX IOS Setup is at the bottom of the article. One last question I presume you have a Pro or Ultimate license. The only other thoughts i would have are a re run a scan and see what errors you have in 03 Try and make a change to other items using Adaptation for example just to prove you can code in 03. In any event it would be worth posting up here what you are trying to change so experts in your car may be able to offer advise.

Thank you so much for your help but still it is not working for me. I re installed the app and checked my ODX version. It’s 070001 but it only gives me that one to choose from

Morning
Try to choose the security code before making the adaptation in the security access tab

Hi… just wondering have you sorted out the issue? I have the exact same issue as you and also in the brake module.
Keep asking for the security code and it accepted but not changing any values

Clearing the APP's cache on your phone often helps.
Settings/apps /obdeleven /open it ./ clear data/ clear cache Fixed a lot of faults
