So i retrofitted facelift mk7.5 taillights with dynamic indicators. They worked perfectly until i installed an auto light switch with a light sensor. During the day all works fine, but at night when I lock the car, the 2 outer tail lights and left reversing light stay on for about 15 seconds. Is there any way to change this so that when i lock the car, the 4 taillights stay on for a short period without the reversing light. Thank you

james27 :Hi. Alas, I suspect that there is nothing that can be done to shorten the time period on the Chinese autoswitch because the way that the Coming/Leaving Home function operates is hardwired into the unit (I think).
You could try the following, but I don't think that it will work: - Go to the central electrics module
- Select adaptation
- Enter "Comfort" into the search box and select Comfort illumination
- for the channels Menueeinstellung Cominghome and Menueeinstellung Leaving-home Zeit per BAP, change value to suit (in seconds)
To stop the reversing lights from participating in the CH/LH function - try this:
For the Leuchte-sets Leuchte28RFL LC11 and Leuchte29RFL RA64, check that Lichtfunktion A = Rueckfahrlicht. Only if it so, change these channels:

Thank you that solved the problem of the reversing light. Now when i lock the car, the 2 outer taillights stay on for a short period. Do you know how could I make it so that all 4 of the taillights stay on?

james27 : Post-up pictures of Leuchte18BLK HLA60 and Leuchte20BR LA71. To be clear, I need to see ALL 19 x adaptation channels for each Leuchte-set.
