Hello guys,
I have a MK 7.5 2018 GTI (European version) with manual transmission and electronic parking brake and I have a question. If I have Auto Hold turned on and then turn off the engine, the parking brake will automatically engage. I really like the Auto Hold function but I don't always need to engage the parking brake when I park the car (especially at home where I park on a really level surface and putting it in 1st gear is enough). Plus I'd rather always do it manually. Do you think is there a way to turn it off via coding? Also, is there a way to turn off the illumination of the Mode button when it's in a different driving mode than Normal? I mostly use Individual and therefore the button is always lit.
