Having some trouble with OBDEleven on my Golf R. I previously had a GTI and had none of these issues.
When I go to brakes and try to access adaptation, I get a description data not found error. I've already checked and made sure I have a strong network connection. I don't get this error with any of the other modules. Please help.

Could I please get an admin's help? What needs to be done to fix this? I've tried everything I can.

Yep, the ABS (03) and CAN (19) drivers shout this error message when you enter the adaptations menu.

^^^^^ Guest: I've been having a conversation about this very issue on the mk7 forum. I have absolutely no connection with OBD11 organization, so don't confuse this reply as something "official"! Look at the link below - read the entire thread: www.golfmk7.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28800Anyhow, it seems that late model mk7s (MY17?) had changes made to their control modules. For the Brake module, it appears that the newer models have a massive 46 Bytes in their code-string! This is an extraordinary increase from the previous modules that had 28, or 29 Bytes. So according to my colleague on the mk7 forum, OBD11 head office is aware of the problem and is working to fix it (as I understand). Perhaps Admin can comment? Don
