So apparently I've screwed something up to where my headlights don't work when I turn the wheel while driving. Also, the side markers in my headlights that come on when I turn at low speed isn't working.
It started when I changed from nar to ese. Got a warning of an adaptive fault and switched back.
How do I fix what I screwed up?
Also, I'm in USA.

TO FIX HEADLIGHT ISSUE: Hi! i executed the procedure described above: Headlight Adjustment [Select] [55 - Xenon Range] [Basic Settings - 04] Select Basic headlamp setting from the drop-down menu. [Go!] to activate the Basic Setting. The meas. block field will show Running. Adjust the headlights using their manual adjusting screws as referenced against a suitable aiming target. [Stop] after any needed mechanical adjustments are completed. Select Acknowledge basic setting [Go!] to activate the Basic Setting. After the result of Finished Correctly appears click [Stop] The adjustment should now be learned. [Done, Go Back] Don't forget to check/clear fault codes afterwards. [Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

Check settings in the car...
The prior answer was referring to height adjustment not side to side i think.

Same boat, reset and applied basic setting which removed the error, but no more cornering light or rotating headlights. Adaptive lighting is also checked in the car menu. Any further help would be appreciated it anyone was able to resolve it.

Have you not got a log history of what you had changed? Go back through a reset everything recent.
If you show me the menu you have adjust I can print screen mine. I'm in UK

Did the above and it worked perfectly. Forgot to respond, but wanted to let others know that it does work.

Do I need to do this if I lower the car? mk7gtiguy: Yes - unless your lowering exercise has been ridiculously accurate on all 4 wheels!!

Hi!
The car is Octavia 2016 with adaptive xenon. But after I click on Go (marked with blue), it automatically stops after a few seconds. I don't have time to adjust and to click on stop after that (part marked with red). I tought that I click go, don't wait to stop automatically, but I click on stop after a few seconds, then adjust the headlights and then do the part marked with green? Do you think it's OK like that? Or any suggestions?
Thx.
Headlight Adjustment
[Select]
[55 - Xenon Range]
[Basic Settings - 04]
Select Basic headlamp setting from the drop-down menu.
[Go!] to activate the Basic Setting.
The meas. block field will show Running.
Adjust the headlights using their manual adjusting screws as referenced against a suitable aiming target.
[Stop] after any needed mechanical adjustments are completed.
Select Acknowledge basic setting
[Go!] to activate the Basic Setting.
After the result of Finished Correctly appears click [Stop]
The adjustment should now be learned.
[Done, Go Back]
Don't forget to check/clear fault codes afterwards.
