I am sure that this has been answered somewhere, but I can't locate the answer. If there is an answer somewhere else, please just point me to it. Anyway, I just got my OBDeleven for my Audi Q8 and there are supposed to be a lot of one-click apps available. However, I cannot find them in the Android app. I watched videos on the OBDeleven website and supposedly there is an icon to click for the one-click apps, but I don't see the icon on my Android app. I supposed to gave a Pro license (when I connected to my OBDeleven on my phone, the app asked if I wanted to install my Pro license and the 200 credits that came with it and I said yes). Maybe my license didn't install properly? Maybe I don't know where I'm looking for the one-click apps? Thanks!

One click apps and Pro license are not related so you have done nothing wrong. Select your car and from the main screen you will see Info, Hostory and then APPS.
Select apps and you will see all the apps for your car. If you are interested you can go to obdeleven.com/en/supported-vehicles and select your car and at the bottom of the page you will see Diagnostic, Service (which are apps for servicing the car) Apps, open this up and you will see all the apps Hope that helps.

Hello,
I have a same kind of issue than rcbjr2 with OBDeleven Pro. I can see those apps but can't activate them. The "activating dot" stay grey. I think it shoud change to green when choose a value. So any idea what could be problem and how to fix that. Do I need some PRO Plan activation code and Redeem code or what? Because I can't do the one-click-apps and credits. Although the other functions are working on OBD11 device.
Rookie here needs help. Thanks!

benvin52 to run one click apps you have to be connected to the car, Ignition on, and dependent on how new your motor is you need SFD enabled and Hood open to allow them to run.

Hi whataboutthis, thanks for your quick reply. How do I enable the SFD? I'm not sure it shows up in the control information. Do you really mean the hood should be open? cheers!

Thanks, you dont have SFD so nothing to worry about there.
Cant recall when Audi started this but fairly sure in order to make changes you have to have the bonnet open (this is now a feature on all VAG Cars).
Give that a try and let us know if it dont work

Hi whataboutthis, Solution, I made a "master reset" and reinstalled all the stuff again and got it to work. That SFD has not included on my OBDeleven PRO Pack sw. But it is true that in some Audi has to open a hood first (there is a sensor) if need to check oil level on MMI, as that was in my earlier Audi.
But now I am satisfied, the OBD11 device seems to work as it should.
Thanks for your help!
cheers,
