after buy 100 credit and execute app for lane assist i've 2 error on my car and i want to rollback. but i see that i0ve to buy other 100 credit to deactive this application. i0ve send a lot of mail and try to retreive obdeleven in chat without success. this is not professional!

5 day without any response from support. I've spent 30€ without any applicativo Work

I am afraid there are several post's on here complaining about poor customer support, it is certainly not there strongest feature.
To be clear all emails should be sent to support@obdeleven.com and you will get an automatic reply same day showing they have got the mail. If you just keep chasing up using that reply mail it will be recorded in there help system and hopefully somebody will sort it for you.
If you are using the OBDELEVEN.COM Web site chat system then make sure you also give them your email address otherwise they cant get back to you and i have found that sometimes you can open the chat system and see your original message othertimes its gone (but I do change my IP Address a lot so that is probably the reason why),
Lastly if you have raised it via the in app help function I always raise them as BUG's and this will stay open when you next go into your help file.
I am afraid they don't work weekends so you are unlikley to get a reply till next week.
