Dear all I am very disappointed from OBD 11 customer support and in all what you can do with Obd 11 pro. Security access codes locked nothing we can do only scan the car, some service available one click app and that's all. The things are not that simple because the OBD 11 support team do not know what mean (37) login not possible message popping up after I put code in security access. The problem coming worst because after the code is accepted and I start search for codes the app stop searching and will pop up same massage. Also OBD 11 do not have option to add the pin car code like in VCDS and also the 3 wrong attempts putting us in limbo to guess when 20 min will finish. You can add a new code and you will not know if you are still in the 20 min time or not and if the code is wrong or good because even the code is right will pop up weird message. OBD 11 please provide professional customer support and start helping the customers. I had many issues also with buying the obd11 twice bought and twice they sent faculty device crazy. Support zero. Also I will start YouTube channel exposing this with only one goal to push VOLTAS to do better job. At the moment they are in very bad with customer support.
