I'm having difficulty understanding your issue. Are you trying to enable "Daylight Running Lights" like that found on US model vehicles?

The problem is i need to have this version  That is the same car as mine I am trying to endeble turn lights as position lights My vin number is wvwzzz1kz9w009472 If you Try to add my car to your garage you will see that the options are for an golf VI not for my golf v I hope you can help me... i waste 80 credits ant most things didn't work... |

What OBDeleven is saying is TRUE. Your VIN actually has the overlap with the Golf 6, so in your case, you can't use any of these APPs. You can code the options manually. PM your e-mail address and I'll send you the settings for the Golf 5 as they are too large to be posted here. Your car isn't a TRUE MK5 as this year (production point in 2009) where they were being phased out for the rollout of the MK6. What happens is that the 2008(and a half) started getting all the MK6 goodies in terms of the control modules. This is proven if you check the revision number for your CAN gateway (#19) you will see that the revision number is version "L" or newer. Your problem is a good problem to have. Simply stop relying on the APPs, and code the modules manually.
