Hello everyone,
I'm glad you can help me sort out to which sensor is OBD Eleven referring to with this message: "Right front side park assist sensor - no signal" Is this the one by the wheel side (A), or the right most sensor in the bumper (2)? Does anyone knows the part number of the sensor?
Full log follows:

Many thanks! Kind regards

Why not disconnect the wheel arch sensor and see if you get a second error, does your front sensors work? If so just get someone to walk near them and find which one doesn’t beep

Hello,
was trying to figure it out without removing the wheel arch liner. The front sensors do look ok.
The question is that there not an exact match of the error message to the designation on the manuals.
For instance in the Manual we have:
Right Front Parallel Parking Assistance Sensor - G569 (the one in the wheel arch) Right Front Parking Aid Sensor - G252 (the one in the bumper)
While, OBDEleven states
"Right front side park assist sensor".
This creates a doubt on what is the faulty sensor.

Looking at that I’d say the parallel one (g569) can understand the doubt tho, as you have 3 to choose from, but I would try covering one at a time and see what the OPS reports

Sorry for the late feedback.
It was indeed the wheel arch. I replaced it and no more trouble with park assist.
So for the record:
"Right front side park assist sensor" (OBD Eleven) = Right Front Parallel Parking Assistance Sensor - G569 (VW Manual).

An Audi A6 C8 has a MLB Evo plaqtform - but the cars on this part of the forum have MQB platform - so very different cars. However, my wild guess is that if you changed the sensor and the alarm is still active - it probably was the incorrect position on the car. As vwjap advises - sequentially unplug each sensor and note how the words in the error messages change Don

Just noticed the bumper from left looks different from the right(near the sensors) as it seems that was hit by something but there is no sign of damage but definitely it is not the same. Does it affect?
